Dr. Brock Clements

Dr. Brock grew up with an athlete's mindset as a Canadian junior hockey player through college and is the fourth chiropractor in his family. He learned from an early age that effective chiropractic care isn't just about knowledge, it's about skill. Dr. Brock believes what many won't say openly: not all adjustments are the same. Precision, finesse, coordination, and athletic skill matter. That's why Integra prioritizes chiropractors with exceptional hand-eye coordination and athletic backgrounds, ensuring safe, effective, and consistent adjustments for every age, size, and body type. Integra treats the spine as a system, because that is what it is. Care starts with a real examination, and where the findings call for it, digital X-ray or MRI review to establish what is actually happening structurally before any plan is written. When a case needs more than conservative care, Dr. Brock coordinates directly with pain management and orthopedic physicians rather than sending you off to figure it out alone. Dealing with Low Back Pain?

Most low back pain is not a muscle problem. It is a pressure problem. When a disc loses height or bulges, it presses on the nerve behind it, and that is what sends pain into your hip, your glute, or down your leg. Stretching and rubbing the area does not change the pressure, which is why it keeps coming back. Non-surgical spinal decompression treats the actual cause. The table applies controlled, targeted traction that opens space between the vertebrae and takes load off the disc and the nerve.
